#31DaysOfGraves Day 31 Memento Mori: At Govan Old a recently uncovered grave marker. The faint text at the top of the stone reads MEMENTO MORI and two shovels are also included in the carving. Govan Old Church will close at 4 pm today until April but the Churchyard is open all year round

The Govan Sarcophagus. Originally located in the church but was removed at an unknown date and relocated to the churchyard where it was buried. Rediscovered in 1855 and relocated back into the Church in 1908.
