I inherited a treadmill a few months ago. Used it three times. Last week, inspired by all the movie accounts here to pull out my DVD collection. Been watching movies while running. I'm now on my third 5km run chunk of the extended LOTR:FOTR in the last week.

"why are houses so expensive?". You're selling a lot, with a two story building thats just waiting to go to the dump for...800,000$. If a builder buys this, no wonder they have to put in a 2M$ home to just break even.

Every year, OCTranspo gets a little worse. Ten years ago, i had a bus from orleans straight to work in 40 minutes. Now, even with no problems its 3 transfers and a minimum of 1h20.
