I have to say it is a special kind of hell to have watched all of this anti-trans rhetoric and legislation build up for the last 5 years in states and to report on it today.
It feels like a nonstop hose of the worst things imaginable. There are dozens of stories I still haven’t gotten to.

what is there to say? it’s all so fucking unfair. trans people literally just want to exist. we want to go out in public in our normal clothes, we want to piss safely, we want to be able to travel without flagging to every one that we’re trans. all we want is to be treated like the rest of you

I really appreciate the attempt that some cis het people make to understand us (trans/gnc), and I will do as much as I can to further that understanding. But in the end, you don't need to understand it. You just need to be accepting, be considerate, be polite. That's all.
