Congratulations on this publication!
My co-authored paper just came out in @pspolisci.bsky.social! It provides the first causal evidence of NIMBYism in American immigration attitudes: Americans tend to oppose any immigrants who are expected to move into their neighborhoods. Both Democrats and Republicans hold this NIMBYism. #polisky

We conduct a conjoint experiment and find that Americans exhibit a substantively small but statistically significant preference against immigrants posited to move into their neighborhood.

Excited to see this collection of articles out in the world! Kaufman-Osborn's "The Autocratic Academy" is a must-read for those working on issues of university governance. TKO reminds us that we have legal mechanisms for creating different kinds of corporate entities...including worker-run co-ops!

Is it listening? Kinda.

AI chatbots are stepping in as mental health support, but can they really do the job as a professional therapist?

A quantitative-forward approach to political science is popular & one that many believe would provide value for students. Djupe and Williams describe such a program that front-loads research methods.
