In 2014 China launched the 'strike hard campaign against violent terrorism', labeling any Uyghur that opposes their policies as terrorists.

Ordinary things can get Uyghurs sentenced:
*owning a Qur'an
*social media post
*buying too much gas
*speaking Uyghur

That's how China treats this minority.
