setting bail at $100,000 because of “the status of the country” is against the law. this system isn’t about innocence or fairness, it’s about social control.

healthcare subrogation should be so illegal. it’s a relic of property insurance. why is it OK to put liens on insureds who have paid premiums and suffered an injury or illness, without any regard for whether they’re made whole? pure greed.
