Well done to @barryglendenning.bsky.social for speaking out about the Israel involvement in football on the football weekly pod today. Feel like we hear so few dissenting voices against Israel on any media, so it was refreshing to hear an honest opinion on this

This is incredibly beautiful and made me cry, written by the big man himself. Thanks Alisson

Best club, team and fans in the world, I fucking love this club. Congratulations to us all, soak it up people

The most gutless performance from a French team I have ever seen and that is saying a lot. They have completely folded and they wasn’t even put under any pressure! United just crossed the ball in a few times, spineless fucks

Funny thing about Arsenal; I really think they can win the CL this year but I also think they are the worst team left in it. Now they are up for it and believe, anything can happen, but I’d pick any of the other teams left to beat them over two legs or in a final. Very interesting to see how they do

We’ve been absolutely dreadful this half, haven’t got into the game at all and don’t seem capable of creating any chances

Seriously, someone blocking you on here because they want to argue that Nuñez is great and should definitely stay at LFC next year is utterly pathetic & sums up nicely the cult that Nuñez seems to have.He isn’t terrible, but he also isn’t good enough for us,why is that so hard for people to accept?

That Jota performance has melted my brain. Walked around, didn’t go into the box when crosses came in and didn’t do any work anywhere else on the pitch. I wouldn’t put him anywhere near the squad after that, his numbers this year have been terrible considering how often he has started.

It’s actually probably a good thing Trent is injured right now, so everyone from top to bottom at the club and all the fans see how vital he is to this club and how important it is to properly replace him. We haven’t been anywhere near the same team without him

We miss Trent badly; so much of our way of playing comes from him moving the ball quickly out of defense into attack. Our midfielders offer so little in creativity in any game, it’s why Elliot always looks so great when coming on; we have no one else in the squad who plays in that creative role

Can’t even begin to understand what Robbo was doing there! A massive collective brain fart from our defenders today, no idea what’s going on

It’s more than fair to say that Levy has undoubtedly got spurs into this mess, but also Spurs are a badly managed rabble. Ange simply isn’t a good enough manager, Spurs are absolutely shocking

Trent is going to be brilliant at Madrid btw, probably best we all get used to that fact. People saying he is going to crash and burn are just trying to cope. He will be in an attacking team with incredible attackers ahead of him. He will absolutely tear it up there

All the guardian writers are fucking cowards. With that performance I’d have happily given dues to any other team. But that horrible sports washing project ran by one of the most evil rulers in the world doesn’t deserve it. It’s disgusting and no one mentions it in the press, craven the lot of them
March 16, 2025 at 9:59 PM
Not even a single mention of the Saudis here, what a fucking disgrace
March 16, 2025 at 7:07 PM
The reason sports washing is done is because it works. Just this week I have heard Journos giving loads of love to PSG and now Newcastle without even mentioning their owners. It’s just so easy to fool the footballing world. I wouldn’t have minded losing to the old Newcastle, but not this one

If it was the classic Newcastle I’d be really happy for them. But as a sports washing project for one of the worst countries on earth, I wish them nothing but misery. They won, but I want them bankrupt and ruined under this ownership, can’t be happy for them

People need to get over this obsession with Ellliot, seriously. Klopp hardly played him and neither is Slot. There are good reasons for that, loving Liverpool doesn’t make you good enough. He isn’t good enough & we can do better than him,I hope we sell him just so I don’t have to keep hearing about it
