It went great. I'd really recommend this short Arendt piece given, well, everything. Very accessible for the Intro class.

I should be finishing my essay on monism in Schelling, Plato, and Spinoza, but I can't stop working on my Moby-Dick essay. That book truly is monstrous in all the best ways.

Using bluebooks in class is such a double edged sword. I love reading my student's unfiltered thoughts on a topic, but grading 80 each week is a bit much.

Looks like the cover for the second part of Sean's study of Schelling's positive philosophy was (accidentally?) posted on the EUP website. I'm not always the biggest fan of his work but when it comes to the late Schelling, he's one of the best.

Ordered a record the other day but the payment messed up and went through twice. Today, the guy that runs the label (who also plays drums in the band) texted me to make sure I was just trying to buy one.
