Battlefield 6 is the best the series has been in nearly a decade – at least regarding the multiplayer. I cannot recommend the campaign, even if it has some neat ideas.

For our map theme week, I wrote about RPG overworlds and how their abstraction of a space let them avoid the tedium that many modern open world games suffer from. I also have something in there about Borges and the French New Wave because why not, Garretts currently on a boat, no one can stop me.
