The proposed high speed rail from Toronto through to Quebec City as an idea is incredible. I really hope it comes to fruition strongly. I would love to have it expand all the way west within my lifetime but that is probably a pipe dream.

Happy to see good results from a concerted effort in BC to reshape exurban and rural policies to reduce the attraction of black bears to these areas.
More work to be done obviously, but halving the kill number from last year is great progress.
