As NYC residents face an affordability crisis, it remains critical that our city takes action to build housing and help working families stay here.

The revised One45 for Harlem project will deliver hundreds of new affordable units and community investments for all New Yorkers.
Today, the Council’s land use committees voted to approve the One45 for Harlem rezoning, which will result in 1,000 new homes (including 338 affordable units) and community benefits.

The approval builds on our record of advancing new housing to address the affordability crisis.

More than 16 million people will lose their health care under Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill.”

That's enough people to fill Fenway Park 424 times.

As a longtime supporter of Participatory Budgeting, I’m proud to have allocated nearly $6.5M to fund dozens of projects in #TheGreat28.

Through our collective work, we’ve successfully secured improvements to local institutions that support our scholars and families.

Medicaid transformed Charlie’s life, and made it possible for him to play on the playground with his friends.

Now, Republicans in Congress want to rip away his health care.

Republicans are too ashamed to even look Charlie in the eyes.

Share his story. Call your senator today.

One more data point for the “live sports is the engine of linear TV” argument (not that it needed many more): TNT’s NBA playoffs telecasts accounted for nearly all of Warner Bros. Discovery’s gains in Nielsen’s TV distributor rankings in May.

Amidst a severe housing crisis, Mayor Adams, First Deputy Mayor Mastro, and their administration have betrayed New Yorkers in need of affordable homes.

Their political interference to stop the building of Haven Green is yet another example of capitulating to special interests.
