La implementación de la PrEP, una afrenta más. Se autorizó en la UE en 2016, pero aquí no tuvo financiación hasta 2019. ¡TRES AÑOS! Los programas de PrEP se desplegaron a lo largo de 2020, sin incrementar recursos. En Madrid, durante años, solo había disponible en UN CENTRO para toda la Comunidad.
