Snow days are the best days ❄️

I got 3 thank you notes from former students today. Nothing is more rewarding than that ❤️

All I want is a cottage in the Scottish Highlands, a raging snowstorm, and Agatha Christie novel, a crackling fire, a kettle on the stove, and a basket of emotional support pastries.

I just finished this book, which firmly falls into the category of “what the heck did I just read.”

So it frankly doesn't matter how well the curriculum is marketed & sold if implementation actively contributes to student disengagement.

At the "worst" middle school we visited, the student experience was entirely defined by scripted curriculum tied to rewards & punishments:
