Beer Cask Finish No. 1 shines gold, with notes of baking spice, floral aromatics, burnt sugar, soft smoke, and orange zest. Cacao, dark fruit, and brown sugar lead to a balanced, peppery finish.

Update: After days spent with vets, we made the unfortunate decision.
Short of their 8th birthday, we laid our beloved tuxedo cat to rest.
We thought we had more time. But we are also thankful for the time that she afforded us.
Hug your four-legged children tight for us.
Take care.

Rarely in all the years that we have existed on social media do we break from the subject at hand.
But for now, our responses will be delayed because our (nearly 8-year-old) bicolor cat's health has been declining steadily the past few weeks.
Thank you for your understanding.

Daily beer question: How well do you know hops?
Like grapes, there's a difference between hops related to flavor, aroma, and finish. For instance, if you tasted stone fruit (e.g., peach, apricot) and tropical citrus (e.g., pineapple, passionfruit), could you guess the variety?
