It's a sad irony that our desire to be faithful to the gospel opens us to charges of gospel betrayal. But, as St. Romero reminds us, there's nothing new under the sun.
So, remain faithful to the gospel, even when it gets you labeled a hater, Marxist, or partisan sellout. You're in good company.
