Using genetic modification to bring back extinct species? I think I’ve seen this movie and it didn’t turn go well for the lawyer. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t jump at the chance to pet a dire wolf pup.

This will be interesting. Hopefully, it can help standardize NIL or at least resolve a few ambiguities. Any changes that are made will have to avoid Sherman Act claims.

Huge favor to ask anyone that is involved in hiring people: please let applicants know you received their application. No matter how many times I triple check email addresses, I still worry something went wrong in the delivery.

Between the dude who put his LSAT and bar exam scores in a court filing, and a court’s response when ChatGPT made up cases and citations there have been some very entertaining reads.
Do these come on threes? Because I can’t wait to read what comes next.

Finishing up 1L was exciting because it was the end of what I’d thought was the scariest year of college. The end of 3L will bring graduation and hopefully being employed again. The end of 2L year has kind of been like when Wayne didn’t know what to say about Delaware.
