I'm old and still have cable (IPTV) at home.
I had YouTube TV back in 2018 when they used to have the YES network included. It was fine as an alternative to cable back then if you don't watch a lot of TV.

What I liked about YouTube TV before I canceled two weeks ago was its algorithm. Having my most watched channels easily accessible when I first turn the channel on saves me the time of needlessly scrolling to find the programs I know I want to watch.

BRING BACK CHANNEL NUMBERS!
I wrote about how YouTubeTV and others have rewired how we watch TV.
Without channel numbers, we don't flip as easily, which means more ads, reliance on algo based suggested tiles, and we don't realize when channels go dark.
