Hmm this isn't a semantic just a point of view. I feel like managing = empathizing, setting firm boundaries so you don't get overwhelmed, validating with out fixing, and asking questions like "why do you feel this way?" Support with out excusing "bad" behavior but showing warmth. That's (1/2)
