Say it loud. Kavanaugh hates the phrase "Kavanaugh stops" that allows racial profiling based on his ruling this last fall. He added a concurrence on an unrelated decision that says he's against racial profiling. Problem: that carries no precedent. So, thanks Susan Collins for saddling us with him.

The first shot might be arguably justified, the second and third was murder.
