I called my Senators and left calm but pointed messages.
One thing that bothers me with Dems these days is the "progressive vs centrist" framing. I prefer a different axis, call it "bold vs. cowardice." I'm more left-center than far-left, but what matters is boldness. Caving now would be so dumb...
