Just finished watching this. Loved it in ‘95, when it was on ITV, I think on Sunday evenings. The extra episode is a welcome addition. Watching it all again brought home to me what a sad loss George’s death was, now 24 years ago #TheBeatles #BeatlesAnthology #Disney+

The rhythm section really was what made The Stone Roses great. Mani’s baselines are some of the most recognisable of the era that still drive those anthems 30+ years on: Fools Gold, I Am The Resurrection, She Bangs The Drums, I Wanna Be Adored to name a few. RIP Mani #TheStoneRoses #Mani #RIP

I don’t really get excited about anniversary editions of albums where there’s demo after demo filling up the tracklist. However the Love Kraft 20 years reissue from Super Furry Animals is a joy. Lazer Beam b-side Colonise The Moon is bliss (No Sympathy reworked?) #SuperFurryAnimals #SFA #LoveKraft
