Aliens of the Mind started life as an outline for TV’s Doctor Who by the show’s script editor Robert Holmes. Not commissioned for the show, Holmes was asked to develop the idea for Radio, written by Rene Bascilico based on Holmes’ original idea.

A blonde Kim Thomson in 1983's young people "house-party" comedy "Party, Party". She plays Brenda, best mates of Caroline Quentin's Shirley. It also starred Kim's future Brush Strokes co-star Karl Howman.

Happy Birthday Ellie Darvill! The lovely Ellie is well known as the voice of the Why Bird in Playdays as well as appearances on Doctors and on stage. In Virtual Murder she portrayed Miss Miniver in Dreams Imagic. Ellie very kindly shared her memories of this for the upcoming book!

I watched Shadow of the Vampire last night, having only just found out it even existed only a few weeks ago. Its amazing. Slower paced, creepy, with an unbelievably great cast. How did this pass me by???? It came out in 2000.
