I was introduced to Undertale by my boyfriend and by watching him I learned about how they "remember" if you reload. I went to a convention and saw a toriel cosplay. I asked for a hug and she said yes. Without thinking I said "I'm sorry".
She softly whispered "I understand".

One of my favorite anecdotes is when I saw the 1st Harry Potter movie as a child. After the movie I stopped in the middle of the lobby crying. When my dad asked what's wrong I sobbed "THEY KILLED A UNICORN!" He had to carry me back to the car.

I was having a rough night, so I wanted my emergency comfort movie of Disney Hercules.
Found out I was kicked out of Disney+ and didn't know the password.
Didn't really have the money to rent it on Amazon.
So I pulled out my old VHS copy and had my comfort in full nostalgia.
