720143 took its turn leading on 1F54 17:50 to Witham. I’ll be splitting it off from 720578 when we get back to Liverpool Street with 1F75 at 20:01

Jumped on Zwift as it was far too wet for a stroll with Sara. Did the new Double Parked route in New York and created an ad-hoc interval session by attacking the sprints and climbs. Good session 🚴♂️

Plans before work are still a bit fluid. Want to go for a stroll with Sara but it’s raining. Might do a little bit of Zwift if we can’t get out. As ever though, there will be cuddles with George 😊

Back to work today, day 1/2. 14:15 to 22:52. Up to London, pass to Orient Way, empty to London then Witham and back and a detachment before my break. It’s then fast to Ipswich and back to Colchester. Nice little job 😊

George had to make do with my spot on the sofa this morning as I was busy being out and about and building a bed (which he’ll no doubt commandeer when it has a duvet on). He’s been very patient and has now got the cuddle he wanted 😻 #catsofbluesky
