Why do I feel like boolean values in databases don't get enough love?
Coding `is_{whatever}` as `0` and `1` doesn't feel right.

@posit.co I know it's at _basically_ at the deadline but I'm sick but I'm pretty sure midnight (Eastern) didn't hit before the form closed. Unless it was midnight last night. Or some other midnight
