Last Monday I finally made it out of the staffing agency and got hired on by the company I've been working with for two and a half years.
The vest came with the switch, I've been getting noticed by most of the warehouse for it.

I barely even have the motivation to create anymore because I burnt myself out saying this about engagement across platforms and people just seemed to ignore it, all while I'm seeing almost every other furry content creator having others actively supporting them by commenting/sharing their work. =/
Bluesky needs a bit of a culture shift
I'm noticing that engagement has kindof been cratering, but favs haven't. People will fav a post but not comment or repost it, I've noticed this with others as well.
