This is a reminder that before the age of phones, that act as a camera, this would have been hard to identify, let alone convict. I'm expecting the legal system will fail yet again to hold the murderers to account for what they have done. America's failed legal system will fail yet again here.

Snowbound for a bit here, the locals can't handle it, living outside Syracuse, N.Y. for five years has prepared me well. The trick is to stay clear of those who should either learn to drive in snow, or better just stay the hell home.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara: "People have had enough. This is the third shooting in less than 3 weeks. The MPD went the entire year last year recovering about 900 guns from the street, arresting hundreds of violent offenders, and we didn't shoot anyone ... this is not sustainable."

What happened in Minneapolis is a portent of what is to come, the proof is the army of trolls and bots that have been unleashed. Hell has yet to be paid, but paid it will be, and then some.
Alex Pretti was an American hero. He saved lives. He protected people. He cared deeply about his community, unlike the murderous thugs who killed him.
The very last thing he did was try to help a woman who had been pepper-sprayed and violently shoved to the ground by ICE. 1/

All eyes on the stock market tomorrow, I'm expecting a crash as the reality of what is happening sets in, as in "No! Not The Money!". Hoping to be proven wrong about what is coming, but it will be much, much more then just business as usual. What has happened in Minnesota will not be forgotten.

I went to a mini Opera event on Thursday, held at the states opera studios, it's the incredible voices up close, and you get to talk to vocalists up as well. That's when my inner old musician felt really good, they are classical, I am as well, but now live in the world of improvisation and jazz.
