My only rail line ideas that are novel in any way (as in don't exist in any meaningful official project) are like an extended S-bahn network south of Prague and "swedification" of the south bohemian railway network and I am not sure anyone cares about that lol.

On right, the train I’m taking to Berlin. On left, the train I’d probably rather taken as it’s direct to Prague, but it’s fully sold out.
(You could argue about the evil of mandatory reservations but I’d not want to go on a full train without one anyway so it barely matters.)
