we have to deal with complex problems like work and interpersonal relationships. And especially for some of us NDs, these type of tasks are not easy for us at all and never have been. 2/2

I think many people don’t realize how time/energy consuming it is to do adulting like the laundry, dishes, cleaning, grocery runs, household upkeep. Each task seems little, but they add up, especially when 1/2

Yes. This. Each time I post about the hypocrisy I'm getting these kinds of cynical responses, and really, stop it. I get that everyone copes in their own way, but don't pre-give in. Fight for your actual rights. Call out the hypocrisy. Not to convince them, but to remind everyone else.
Getting a lot of replies along the lines of "oh, you rube, you still think the law matters" and it feels strategically foolish to just concede that it doesn't. Contest everything. Expose the hypocrisy.

Being trans, this election kinda just reminded us all that most the population likes us as long as we don't affect the price of eggs, but they are completely convinced we affect the price of eggs.

Just to clarify, a President cannot set up a real Department. This requires an Act of Congress. He can set up an office, or commission, but this will not be a real Department, and should not reported as such.
But with Schedule F, they could fire a lot of career civil servants.
