Spring 10U baseball is starting up! Got a great seat. It’s a great age because they’re getting more physical and skilled. The real drawback is the occasional projecting parent, which really isn’t too bad. At least in Texas, flag football was wayyyy worse.

I just finished #thelastarchitect series by Adrian Tchaikovsky. It was stupendous. I picked it up as a random Reddit recommendation for Sci-Fi and couldn’t put it down. Well-developed, well-imagined. Team Olli, all the way. @aptshadow.bsky.social

the "esc" key on a keyboard is a holdover from early-'90s personal computers. on some models it would make the floppy drive start clicking out insults in Morse code about your mom. They put it in the corner to avoid the shame. I hit it at gma’s. Gpa’s railroad training kicked in and I got grounded.
