Here's the deal folks. None of us. None. Of. Us. Have to work at your favorite con. We could all quit and then MFF/FC/BLFC/AC/FWA, WHATEVER, would disappear into the fucking ether. All of those cons run on the charity of human kindness to happen. Don't mistake that kindness for weakness.
“Cons routinely claim harassment when they’re receiving accountability” OR people who volunteer their time to help the community are being harassed to the point of a mental break because the general mass act like piranhas when actual bureaucratic steps for change don’t happen overnight.

I don't think enough people realize that for many folks on disability they cannot risk having over a VERY low cap of money/property or they will lose their benefits nearly immediately
