Spent the week poorly with a cold. Woke up feeling a bit better today (day 5!) so thought I’d try a strength workout with lighter dumbbells and a bit less effort so I don’t push too much.

TIL that mau is the Egyptian word for cat and the breed Egyptian Mau was called that because that’s the sound it makes.
