Read this, last night, cover to cover after it was gifted to me. I really enjoyed it! Actually haven't read a whole book in one sitting in a long time (it's really short). Kinda miffed to find the intro about stolen sapphic letters was fiction. That felt kinda irresponsible. But the story was fun!

When I first wrote this book, I was maybe 2 years into my transition. Now that I've finally gotten to this point in posting it I'm 5.5 years in. I've made so many changes to this convo that it feels like present me talking with past me. And I love it for that.

COLOR!! Issy's back story was a MAJOR last minute add (as in, I wrote it a month ago, where as most of the book was written three years ago...kinda stressed about it) but I was SO excited when I realized that I could use color!! While I like it conceptually, I get so tired of b/w.

Listening to Lady Moon during a figure drawing session and was inspired to draw her during breaks. Tho she looks like she has a black eye and snake bite piercings because it’s impossible to figure out where the point is on a piece of compressed charcoal 😭😭 but I’m still happy with it!
