Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

Since I’m new here, I thought it would be fun to show a little How It Started vs How It’s Going moment. The first picture: finished pieces from my first wheel throwing class, started in January of last year. The other 3 are recent glaze firing results from the past ~month. #pottery #wheelthrown

Just tried to make a Reel to capture the process for the fern mug I just posted and the editor fully won’t load the videos I added 🙃 so I guess I just won’t do that.
