Imagine being a feminist and openly bashing someone for trying to escape an abusive situation. It can cost a fortune to escape an abuser with your children, especially with no support system. There are a lot bigger things happening in the world, can we stop attacking adjacent and look up instead?

Janus, is almost ready! I am about halfway through edit approvals, and I am so thrilled to share the third and final book in the Reticere series. This concludes Jael and Oz story, but many of the other main characters will make appearances in future stories. It’s fast, exciting, and a perfect end.

It’s inevitable but disheartening to see so many people leaving the US. I don’t necessarily blame them but some of us (the disabled community) don’t have that option. The most vulnerable will be left behind. Capitalism is warping to both sides of the coin in a massive loss of connectivity.

When we talk about book banning, we often leave prisons out of the conversation. Public libraries and schools are not the only places where books are challenged and banned. Prisoners already do not have sufficient access to educational/literary materials without additional restrictive measures.

Workplace raids have begun—none of these people were rapists or criminals.
Even if you’re not a US citizen, you still have due process in this country. 3 workers in Newark were taken into custody by ICE w/out a warrant. One, a veteran, endured the humiliation of having his military docs questioned.
