As in the past, she's flat out wrong. Even Chuck disagrees that wing this time.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.
The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.
People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.
And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

Eight years too late. He never should've been elected caucus leader, much less majority leader. He just perpetuated the feckless "leadership" of Harry Reid. I'm not convinced not enough Senate Dems have learned anything from these critical errors in judgment.

The story fails to report that Donnie's obviously mouth breathing as he approaches the stairs. Once he's aware he's on camera, he closes his mouth. He pauses on a stair from lack of air from nose breathing. Then comes the heavy sigh and slump inside the limo.

On top of refusing to fully fund SNAP during the shutdown, the Trump regime has:
-Cut $1 billion from USDA programs supporting food banks
-Enacted tariffs that have caused food prices to rise
-Made the largest cut to SNAP in history
-Canceled the annual food security survey
Shameful.

Jackson just proved that SCOTUS can no longer be considered the highest court in the land for justice. I don't recall the Biden Admin ever being granted a stay while appealing a lower court order. As always, he and the DOJ immediately caved every time.
