Roast pork loin stuffed with apple and fennel, honey roasted multicolor carrots, and sourdough flaky cheese sticks!

I'm still here, just been very quiet.

So I may have gone overkill on the baking today.

I made three kinds of cookies and a sourdough loaf.

Thank you everyone for the follows! I've been pretty sick the past few days and haven't had a chance to follow people back yet, but I'm working on that today now that I don't feel like a meatloaf left on the counter long enough to gain sentience.
