My updated list of estimates of the cost of the GOP megabill including its effects on growth including today's CBO estimate.

Contrary to claims the law will produce such stupendous economic growth it will pay for itself, all independent estimates find it will cost trillions.

You don't see much info about running Claude Code as an MCP. Turns out, with Claude Desktop on Windows and Claude Code as MCP running inside bubblewrap on WSL2 you can have a safe, very capable, chat-first development experience.

Just created a C# MCP interface to a running (non-O365) Outlook 👩‍🍳😗

I finally gave this a read and color me impressed. Seems like something the Chrome + Gemini teams should get behind!
I wanted to explore if we can build something like Claude Cowork in the browser that can work with the user's file system safely running programs against them.

We can get a very long way: aifoc.us/the-browser-...

Feedback and critique appreciated.

My updated building-github-index agent skill works quite nicely. Think of it as an llms.txt creator: A minute and just a few tokens and you have a nice progressive disclosure index for any repo, which you can then add to your project knowledge for referencing as needed. github.com/oaustegard/c...
