There is a BIG difference between an MP stepping down for health/personal reasons/scandal, and an MP stepping down IMMEDIATELY after an election so that his soundly DEFEATED party leader can have a by-election at TAXPAYER expense.
This is something that needs to change.

Canadians need to get out and vote! Canada, child care, dental care, OAS, CPP, health care, our military, workers rights, our economy, housing, the CBC, gun control.
