Got my first visual migraine aura today. Felt the migraine coming so took Sumatriptan for the first time. Immediately felt worse, restlessly slept for 2 hours, woke up a giant ball of anxiety and depression.
Been a hard year mental health wise. Moments like this make everything feel so much worse.

Bluesky users who get migraines, I have a question. Do you get nausea as a symptom of your migraines? I don't get any other auras I take note of. Is this a common symptoms migraine havers get?
