I love clam chowder and it would be great to learn how to make it with less fat! Learning about substituting ingredients with “healthier” ones are good for future recipes as well. An example from the article: using 2% milk instead of cream to reduce calories. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
Make it delicious and lighter! This Clam Chowder is packed with clams, potatoes, and corn. Creamy and satisfying, but with less fat than traditional versions. Perfect for #NewEnglandClamChowderDay! #clamchowder #Recipe: www.skinnytaste.com/clam-chowder/

A red flag that stood out to me from the lecture is a spurious correlation. In articles from the past, I’ve seen claims about one thing causing another even though they are only associated. This is something I will definitely look out for when reading nutrition resources! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

My name is Amanda and I’m majoring in Diagnostic Medical Sonography! I want to learn more about nutrition so that I can make healthy meals. One nutrition question I have: Which fats are healthy and which ones are not? Healthy eating = vegetables. My favorite food is flan @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
