Many claim that businesses organized as democracies are inefficient and will fail at a higher rate than the conventional undemocratic model.

But according to the data, democratic businesses are significantly more resilient and survive longer than conventional businesses.

Our 1st worker co-op weekend in 2014, we just had our 11th, 2nd as workers.coop. Movements like fires, if just embers need tending. But once they get going, they take on a life of their own, bring light and warmth to all around them, draw more to the fire. #coops #wemovethefire
