I got a lovely compliment on my gainz™ from one of the really nice straight guys at gym. He hadn't seen me for a few weeks and thought I was looking good. The gainz™ weren't a major main aim of the gym going, but I'm definitely taking the compliment!

One of the fun things about CrossFit-style classes is the topless sweaty guys, especially when I get to be one of them. But I think I'll have another week of keeping my top on until I'm fully confident that the whip marks aren't visible 😆

I enjoy pain play and (in the right context) I enjoy receiving hard pain that goes beyond what is fun for me in the moment. I don't like calling this pain "punishment", essentially for the reasons described here.
