Biotin is the main one. The human body can only absorb about 5000 mcg of biotin a day. More than that and you’re literally pissing it away. But anything to charge people more money because they dont understand dosage or science or their own bodies.

There was a town in Virginia that I always think about, multiple Black men being lynched and found in trees during Covid time. Sounded like it was over property disputes between a Black family & white family. Haven’t heard anything from it since so I’m assuming it got swept under the rug.
Lynching of Black ppl has never stopped.
The anti lynching law failed 200x b4 finally passing in 2022.
Has it stopped? No.
Will it increase now? Most certainly. With no justice until yt ppl actually care.
