I don't know who might need this but as a girly recently diagnosed with AuDHD, I found that I want to eat fruit/vegetables, but wasn't able to prepare them and grabbed something else instead. So, I brought one of these trays and prepare them in advance to store in the fridge.

Vanilla, Chocolate, lemon sorbet (my fav) and Solero (like the brand: peaches and maracuya)

Lunch! A chickenbreast covered in panko, tomato pesto and parmesan, oven potatoes with a basil mayo, arugula and bell pepper. I also snacked on some carrots and grapes beforehand. 😊
