Now is the perfect moment to take a strong stand. If you're hesitant to do it alone, grab someone's hand or find support to face it together. The party has many talented voices, and we need them to speak out with full force.
The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.

Republicans can take back their party if a majority stand against him; this will diminish his influence. Individual efforts won't suffice.
For all the TRUMP = STRONG propaganda this is *exactly* what his “leadership” was like in Covid. Constant zigging and zagging, self-contradictory, incapable of commitment, wanting to have it both ways. It was a disaster!
This is what weak, flailing leadership looks like. His inability to make meaningful change in areas like this explains the desperate, authoritarian bluster of his largely illegal Executive Orders. This is the sort of leader who opposing politicians should definitely NOT cater to.

I know I shouldn't have laughed—amusing yet inappropriate—but I just couldn't hold it back.
Reading an internal NIH guidance memo which basically says since we’re probably going to be shutting down labs with little or no notice just be sure to remember about the whole disposing of biohazard materials the right way thing. ☣️ 😬🤡
