In my quest to find a browser replacement ever since I ditched Google Chrome, I’ve tried Opera, Mozilla, Brave, Arc and finally ended up at a most unlikely browser in 2025 - MS #EdgeBrowser. It’s surprisingly good!

Diablo 4. Great game. But, I had to wait 10 mins to login to BattleNet for essentially a solo campaign. Why can’t the sign-in to server be deferred to until when actually required? Unfortunately, Blizzard has prioritised live ops over user experience, which is a shame considering the roots of Diablo

These #8bitdo guys certainly know how to make a #retro themed but modern #keyboard for us #coding nerds. Very pleased with my purchase, as you can tell. 😄

Just discovered that you can customise the pointer colours on the Mac. Gotta be bright red, right? #apple #macOS

I’ve been interviewing some candidates for a tech role position and I’m amazed how many programmers don’t seem to know how to convert a number to binary. Isn’t this one of the first things us coders learn? And I thought that was one of the easy questions to begin with… 🙄

I love all #Zelda games but haven’t finished any of them. Is that weird?

I’ve now spent two days trying to migrate a git repo with its LFS objects from one location to another on gitlab and have failed miserably so far. Why is this stuff so complicated?

Loving the automatic voicemail feature in iOS 18. The number of spam calls that have been trapped and reviewed at leisure is a pleasure to behold. The fact that I don’t have to interact with the person on the other line *at all* is a major plus in my book. 😅

Just noticed that Jet Brains Rider now supports Godot and GD Script integration. Very Cool! Makes this already useful IDE a bit more useful in the context of game development. #godotengine #gamedev

Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #6,183,097!

That's something, right? Right?

@bsky.app Is there a way to turn off auto playback of videos? If not, can we perhaps have a setting in the app to do so, please?

So after Apple bored us with a rather uninspiring lineup of products a few days ago, Sony too seemed to have got into the act. That PS5 Pro presentation was just… I dunno what it was. The backlash is well deserved IMO.

This fridge magnet just about sums up my mood when I’m visiting relatives. 😅

I don’t mind donating to Wikipedia, which I do every year. But why does it need personal info like house address, phone number etc? Just take my money dammit!

Dug these out from my parents closet and had a wonderfully nostalgic trip through the pages. I miss the old school computer mags and books. They brought me so much joy as a kid. #retrobooks #retrocomputing

Down with hay fever, so decided to rest and spend the day playing Final Fantasy IV (GBA version) on the Steam Deck. What a deliciously addictive game! I’ve tried a couple of FF games before but they never quite gripped me. I quite like this one! Is this the best FF game?

The Internet speed at my parent’s place fell to 1Mbps as the maximum data usage cap had been exceeded for the month. I can’t describe the sheer panic of watching everything crawl to a halt. Situation was rectified quickly, but I was briefly reminded of the primal days of Internet. The horror.
