Can confirm the Xbox Adaptive Controller works as intended on the Meta Quest 3S. Like other devices do it just sees it like a standard Xbox Wireless Controller.
This does mean that changing settings for the controller needs a PC or console with the Xbox Accessories app.

If I could wish for ONE thing for Christmas, it was for the Nintendo Switch 2 to add the accessibility to toggle to hold a button for you.
Say I press B, the system automatic holds B down for me until I press it again!
This would make me able to play games even when in pain.
