Last night, my mother and I made Stroganoff from her Brasilian mother's recipe - which is an ancient email that was printed out. While I can't speak or read Portuguese, it was fun to pronounce the words and have her translate.

- Have zero employee benefits (no sick leave no holidays no PTO no insurance nothing)
