Even though Doom is far from being anywhere near a historically inspired game, the statements made by the chef-designer are disturbing...

Curious finding in the Steam store: a game from 2016 called "The Dweller" where you have to crush and scare archaeologists from studying the remnants of a hidden city. Not that bad of an indie puzzle game. #archaeogaming

Playing #LayersOfFear I stumbled upon this bust...so my question would be to all conoisseurs of #archaeology, #arthistory and #archaeogaming people: Can someone hint me to identify this (hopefully) Roman bust?

One of my game surprises this year was #Mutropolis by @Pirita_Studio and @ashnews. Thus, I wrote a bit about its mix of cultural remains and presentation: #archaeogaming #archaeology #games

Just finished a bit of brainstorming about Roman maps, winds and distorted outlooks in The Hand of Glory, a classical point and click adventure made by @Madit_Games. Gratulation for a great game. Have fun reading #archaeogaming and #archaeology people!

Looking forward to #Mutropolis: Archaeologists from the future re-discover planet earth. Hopefully Max won't land in the Ice Age as on the image #contest. Glad you made it (nearly), @Pirita_Studio.

Why no fig leaf? #Croteam, do you think, players of #TalosPrinciple are so chastely? For people interested in #archaeogaming and #archaeology it is hard to see such alteration of an original Etruscan grave painting! Read more: https://thearchaeologistplays.wordpress.com/2020/12/04/the-talos-prin...
